About Me

I’m Charelle, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Baltimore, Maryland, where I was born and raised.

For much of my career, I have witnessed how people learn to survive difficult experiences—and how those experiences can continue to impact the way they see themselves, their relationships, and their ability to feel safe.

I specialize in supporting women navigating complex trauma, attachment wounds, and the patterns that often develop when we have had to be strong for too long. My goal is to create a space where women can better understand themselves, process what they have experienced, and build a deeper connection with who they are.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Morgan State University, a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, and over 10 years of clinical experience.

When I began graduate school, I envisioned creating a private practice where I could offer meaningful, personalized support to clients. After working in a variety of mental health settings, I saw the need for therapy spaces that felt more intentional, culturally responsive, and supportive—especially for women of color navigating trauma, relationships, and life experiences.

Life outside of the therapy room is filled with the people and things I love most. I enjoy spending time with my family, being a busy sports mom, trying new recipes and restaurants, attending concerts, and relaxing at the beach. These moments remind me of the importance of connection, joy, and creating space for yourself—values that I bring into my work with clients.
