The STRONG Daughter Healing Project
Helping women heal parent wounds, break generational roles, and redefine strength—through therapy, education, and community.
Our Offerings
The STRONG Daughter Healing Project exists to help women understand how childhood family roles shape adult relationships, identity, and well-being—and to create spaces where healing happens through insight, connection, and community.
-
Virtual trauma support groups provide a supportive, educational space for women who want to better understand the effects of trauma and develop practical tools for navigating everyday life.
Groups focus on topics such as trauma and the nervous system, emotional regulation, triggers, boundaries, shame, relationships, and reconnecting with yourself. Sessions combine psychoeducation, guided reflection, practical coping strategies, and supportive conversation with other women who may share similar experiences.
These groups are not group therapy and do not involve trauma processing or detailed disclosure of traumatic experiences. Participation is voluntary, and you are never required to share personal experiences.
Groups are offered virtually through Zoom and may be offered as short-term series or drop-in groups. Screening is required to ensure that each group is an appropriate and supportive fit.
